Billing policy
The use of a credit card is required to make the reservation. Your card will not be charged but the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your card prior to your arrival.

Cancellation policy
Last minute bookings can not be changed or canceled without charge. If you would like to change or cancel your reservation, please check the cancellation policy and contact the booking department.

In case of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival there is no charge
In case of cancellation 14 or less days before arrival, there will be a 50% charge on the total amount of the reservation.
In case of no-show or last minute cancellation, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Prepayment: NO prepayment required

Billing details
Prices are in EURO and include breakfast and all taxes. They do not include the tax_per_day_low 1.50 € per night for months November to February and tax_per_day_high 3.00 €for the months March to October.
